Information submitted through the contact form is used exclusively to:

  • Follow up on potential consulting or contract engagements

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, automated profiling, or any purpose beyond responding to your specific inquiry.

04. Third-Party Services

This site uses the following third-party services that may process data as part of normal site operation:

  • Google Analytics 4 — Used to understand general site traffic patterns including page views, session duration, and general geographic region (country/state level only). Google Analytics does not collect your name, email, or any information you enter into the contact form. Analytics cookies are only set after you explicitly accept via the cookie consent banner. You may decline analytics tracking at any time. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com.
  • Formspree — Processes and stores contact form submissions on our behalf. Form data is transmitted to Formspree's servers and delivered to our email. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io.
  • Google Fonts — Fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which may log your IP address as part of the request. No personal data beyond standard server logs is collected. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com.
  • Hostinger — This site is hosted on Hostinger's infrastructure. Standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected at the hosting level. Hostinger's privacy policy is available at hostinger.com.

05. Cookies and Tracking

This site uses cookies only for Google Analytics, and only after you have explicitly accepted via the cookie consent banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics does not activate. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this domain.

The following cookies may be set if you accept analytics:

  • _ga — Distinguishes unique users. Expires after 2 years.
  • _ga_* — Maintains session state for GA4. Expires after 2 years.

One item is stored in your browser's localStorage (not a cookie) regardless of your analytics choice: your light/dark mode preference (dck-theme) and your cookie consent decision (dck-cookie-consent). Neither is transmitted to any server.

06. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months from the date of receipt, or until the inquiry is resolved, whichever is shorter. After that period, submissions are deleted from our systems and from Formspree's storage.

07. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Correction — Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Deletion — Request deletion of your data
  • Portability — Request your data in a portable format
  • Objection — Object to processing of your data

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

08. Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect submitted information. Contact form data is transmitted over HTTPS and processed by Formspree, which employs industry-standard security practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of this site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
